Washington Park was the scene of this year's Denver Dumb Friends' League Furry Scurry. The weather forecast had been terrible, but as it turned out, it was sunny and almost warm. Everyone had a marvelous time, and of course, the proceeds will save the lives of countless deserving dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, gerbils, rats, snakes...well, you get the idea! The DDFL is one of the top shelters in the US in terms of funds raised and percentage of animals adopted, and the state of Colorado is absolutely the best place for pets to live, by FAR!
